What are your main responsibilities?
As a Regional Account Manager, I look over the states of Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma. I continually strive to build relationships with both current and prospective customers in this area. I work closely with customers to ensure Rome is providing the necessary support to meet their expectations and goals.

What do you enjoy most about working at Rome Grinding Solutions?
I truly enjoy Rome’s culture, we have a fun, hardworking group of people here. I also enjoy continually building relationships with each and every one of our current and prospective customers. Each day is different, and I enjoy that.

What has been the most rewarding project or achievement during your time here?
I really do not have one particular project that stands out. I feel most rewarded when we help a customer in a time of need. Whether that be a grinder that is down due to failure or lack of parts. Whatever the situation be, it is a very rewarding feeling once we get the necessary parts and support to the customer and circumvent the situation. The appreciation shared from each customer once they are back up and running smoothly is really a great feeling.

What does Rome Grinding Solutions do best to help its customers succeed?
Rome really does go above and beyond to help each of our customers. Whether that be after hours, over the weekend, over a holiday, we truly have done it all. Anytime our customers are in need, we find a way to fix their problem. I like to refer to this as the Rome Difference.
