What are your main responsibilities?
I work with multiple departments on product design and development for customers, focusing on functionality, safety, cost effectiveness, and manufacturing considerations. I also work on product documentation, develop user manuals for new products, generate parts breakdowns for grinders, and create professional renderings for marketing and sales purposes.

What do you enjoy most about working at Rome Grinding Solutions?
I enjoy the great team I get to be a part of! I also enjoy that there are new challenges every week to keep things interesting!

What has been the most rewarding project or achievement during your time here?
The most rewarding project I have been a part of is the Colossus grinder. I got to play a key role in the design of the block crusher. It was an awesome experience watching the prototype come together and function almost perfectly on its first test. I’m looking forward to making a few improvements and doing a production line test in the near future.

What does Rome Grinding Solutions do best to help its customers succeed?
One of the things we do best is what our name suggests, finding “grinding solutions” to our customers’ problems. Many of the products that we develop come from a specific customer suggestion, request, or persistent problem. These unique solutions then grow into some of our most popular parts. Some examples of this are: RRS V2, Coarse RRS, BORR Systems, Grinder tooling, and many more that came before my time.

I would want the power of super speed so I could travel the world without having to use too much vacation time.
