Brutus 6 Grinder

 

The Brutus 6 is perfect for USDA food processing or small sample runs. It features a 140-pound hopper capacity with an optional 400-pound hopper extension, manufactured from stainless steel and available with a 15-horsepower or 25-horsepower motor. Common applications include coarse or fine grind, fresh, fat rendering, and reduction for separation. The Brutus 6 can handle beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal, fat, offal, by-products, fruit, vegetables, cheese, and seafood.

Brutus 8

The Brutus 8 features a slightly larger 8 ⅝-inch plate, a 400-pound hopper capacity, and up to a 75-horsepower motor for an initial grind of up to 40,000 pounds per hour and a final grind of up to 18,000 pounds per hour. It is ideal for small- to mid-sized food production and quick changeovers for coarse or fine grind, fresh, pre-broken frozen, rendering, tempered block, and reduction for separation of beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal, fat, bone, offal, by-product, fruit, vegetables, cheese, and seafood.
